How am I expected to relax when the poorly designed bathroom has no shower curtain, ruining my stay? Receiving no complimentary upgrade after facing all these inconveniences was just unbelievable. They really know how to. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. I deserve better treatment, period.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and comfortable, had excellent location black on the edges. Got newly decorated and fairly quiet room with balcony when arrived, loved that. The food was good, had a huge variety of options.

The room had really bad views.

Excellent base for exploring Tunis. Fairly clean accommodation, really helpful staff. Newly remodelled, quiet rooms with balcony. Gorgeous building, absolutely perfect and magnificent location near the main business area of Tunis. Also, helpful in getting us a cab. Tasty and good food, good service.

Excellent breakfast buffet with diverse options.

The reception staff was rude and unprofessional. The check-in process was frustrating as the receptionist yelled and refused to help when we arrived early. It was disheartening to deal with such unkind behavior after a long journey.

The hotel had a prime location for a quick overnight before my flight. Staff went out of their way to accommodate transportation, arranged a driver to Carthage for a seamless experience! Breakfast was diverse, with fresh pastries, meats, and cheeses. The amenities like the hairdryer and shampoo added a thoughtful touch that enhanced my stay.

The room amenities could use some upgrading.

Room was super spacious and had air conditioning, a tv, and a nice seating area. The bathroom was clean with good amenities like a hairdryer and shampoo. Breakfast had different kinds of meats, cheeses, and pastries. The staff arranged a driver to take me around. The location was handy, close to the airport and city.
